We want you to be happy with DebtBreaker Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and click the refund / contact option.
  3. Or contact our support through the channel listed inside the app and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

How long it takes

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals immediately and you keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone is not the same as a refund — if you also want a refund of the most recent charge, request one within the 30-day window above.

Your statutory rights
